To protect the time reserved for each client and ensure fair appointment management, a $50 deposit is required for all bookings.

 

For online bookings, you can choose to:

• pay the $50 deposit when booking online and pay the balance after your appointment;

• or pay the full cost of the treatment when booking online.

 

For appointments made other than online, the $50 deposit must be sent via Interac e-Transfer to the email address provided during booking: contact@maikahedouard.ca.

The appointment is considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation

Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance

• The $50 deposit is fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours in advance

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable but remains fully applicable as a credit toward a single new appointment.

• The credit must be used for one new booking and cannot be split, transferred to another person, or carried over indefinitely.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

• The $50 deposit is entirely non-refundable and non-transferable.

• This policy also applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, and missed appointments.

• No exceptions will be made.

• We reserve the right not to book further appointments with clients who frequently cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling or changing an appointment

• Any change to the appointment date or time must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Changes made 48 hours or more in advance allow you to retain your deposit and reschedule the appointment, subject to availability.

• Any change request made less than 48 hours before the appointment is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the terms applicable based on the time remaining before the appointment.

Absence or Missed Appointment

• Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice results in the complete forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

• The timing is calculated based on the exact time of the appointment.

• These conditions apply to all individual bookings and are in place to protect the time reserved exclusively for you.
